The AuraConnect, SmartLoop, SmartCast, as well as the websites www.opus-technologies.fr and www.aurabyopus.com , are services offered by Audiofils SARL (SIRET 793 798 661) that allow users to manage the installation and configuration of products from the Aura by Opus and Opus Technologies range on behalf of installers, local authorities, or operators.

These tools offer a simplified interface for accessing information, configuring products, or transferring installation-related responsibilities. Any payments are made by credit card via a secure interface, depending on the options offered by the company.

The user declares that they have read these Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) and understand the technical and legal implications of accepting them.

Use of the AuraConnect, SmartLoop, SmartCast applications or websites implies full and complete acceptance of these T&C.

Warning: Use of these services while driving or in inappropriate conditions is strictly discouraged. Audiofils cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from careless or illegal use of the services.

AuraConnect, SmartLoop, SmartCast: mobile or web applications dedicated to managing Aura by Opus products and conducting technical studies prior to installation.
User account: personal space providing access to service features, created on the application or websites.
Service: features offered by the application or websites to configure or manage products.
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person in accordance with the GDPR.

These Terms of Use define the rules for accessing and using the services offered by Audiofils via the AuraConnect, SmartLoop, and SmartCast applications and websites.

These services enable, in particular:

• The management of Aura by Opus products.
• Technical studies prior to product installation.
• Access to certain data on the Opus Technologies and Aura By Opus brands.
• Simplified equipment configuration.
• Management of transfers between owners and installers.

Any use of the AuraConnect, SmartLoop, or SmartCast applications or the websites http://www.aurabyopus.com and http://www.opus-technologies.fr implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The user acknowledges having read the Terms of Use at the time of registration or first access to the services.

Audiofils SARL reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will be notified via the application or websites. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

To access the services, the user must create an account by providing the following information:

• Username (login).
• Phone number.
• Personal PIN code.
• Mailing address.

Users agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Any fraudulent use or communication of false information will result in the suspension or deletion of the account by Audiofils.

The applications and websites allow users to:

• Configure Aura by Opus products.
• Transfer responsibilities between installers and owners.
• Access support services.
• Technical study prior to product installation.
• Access certain data on the Opus Technologies and Aura By Opus brands.

The information entered by the user must be accurate, otherwise they will be held liable for any errors or malfunctions.

Basic services are free, but some advanced features may be subject to a fee. Payment, where applicable, is made via a secure platform in euros.

A payment history is available in the user area.

Audiofils is liable only for direct damages resulting from its negligence or intentional misconduct. It cannot be held liable for:

• Service interruptions or data loss caused by third parties.
• Errors resulting from the fraudulent use of a user account.
• Technical failures or losses related to cases of force majeure.

All content (text, logos, images, software) on the application and websites is the exclusive property of Audiofils SARL. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion by contacting contact@opus-technologies.fr.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Bordeaux Commercial Court.
